The SAPACCY program, part of The Center for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH), provides a range of culturally appropriate counseling, treatment, intervention and prevention services for African, African-Canadian, and Caribbean youth up to 24 years old who are dealing with alcohol, and/or drug use issues.
